SootServ was previously named “Ruston Chimney Sweep” based out of Ruston, Louisiana where it was started in September of 2018. The name change of Ruston Chimney Sweep to SootServ occurred in the Spring of 2020. SootServ’s employees go through a thorough training period that ensures they are properly educated and practiced before they are sent to your home. Ask your sweeper any questions you may have about your chimney, they are experts!
Absolutely. If you have multiple chimneys, please follow the instructions on how to book multiple chimneys on the scheduling page. To get to the scheduling page, click the GET QUOTE box at the top right corner of the screen and enter your address.
The service will take a maximum of 1 hour per chimney. In some severe cases, the service could take around 1.5 hours to complete.
